your visit in Budapest is approaching. We expect you at your arrive date from 3 pm onwards, unless we agreed to a different time. Unfortunately, we will not be able to welcome you personally. Today we will inform you how to get access to the keys of your holiday apartment.

The apartment has three bedrooms (the master bedroom with king size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), one twin-bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a queen size bed (1.60m x 2.00m)).
We normally schedule the master bedroom for 2 people, the twin-bedroom for 1-2 people and the third bedroom for 1-2 people, unless you prefer it differently: In this case, please let us know and we will prepare the rooms accordingly.

How the get access to the keys?
The key-handing process is quick and simple: We will place the keys for you in our key-box.

How the get access to the keys?
The key-handing process is quick and simple: We will place the keys for you in our key-box.
Here is a photo from the house from the street side József Attila útja. When you arrive at the house and stand in front of the entrance door, you will find a little metal chain under the letter box. Pull it until you get hold of the key-box attached to it. Please see the photos below.
Code for the key box XXXX ( we will send you this Code via Email or WhatsApp).
When you enter the code you will find a pair of keys. The bigger key opens the street door in front of you. Please place the empty key box back in place.

You'll walk through the front garden to the house, keep left and climb the stairs around the corner to the first floor apartment. The smaller key opens the apartment door. Inside you will find a second pair of keys which contains a little remote control to open the electrically operated car park gate on the other side of the property.
Parking the car:
The car park gate is just around the corner (to the right) in the street “Tas vezér utca”. You can open the gate pressing the “Gate-button” on the remote. To close the gate, please press a second time the “Gate-button”. Please park your car on the slope to the garage (right in the middle is fine since the garage is not used for cars).
The apartment:
You shouldn’t have problems to find your way around the apartment. There is an instruction manual for the electrical window blinds and the Aircon. The floor heating works automatically with clock timer. Anythings else like the kitchen equipment is self-explanatory.
Just one more thing, because we find it quite unique in Hungary: To close the apartment door (from inside or outside) you have to shut the door normally and afterwards to lift the handle up (direction 1/11 o’clock) and let it go down again (to 3/9 o’clock). After that the door is properly closed and you can lock it up with the key. If you don’t make the switch, you will not be able to lock the door.
Could be please precise, when you will approximately arrive in Budapest. That will help to organize everything for your arrival.
