Here you can enjoy the advantages of this vibrating beach town in summer or this cool laid back town with plenty of coffee bars and restaurants in winter, without sacrificing your comfort. You will find a modern and luxury apartment with elevator and two parking lots for your cars. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need for a successful holiday or a longer stay. 

With our strong pellet heating, the aircon-heating in the bedrooms and floor heating in the bathroom, you'll have a pleasant stay all year around. The apartment is also very suitable for a longer stay and for working in different areas for our work-and travel clients. ​​

About us

We are Katrin and Christophe, a German-French couple. We have our roots in Dresden, Germany and the Alsace-Region in France. 

We bought and finished this beautiful apartment in 2022 and already spend a week in every season in Makarska, where we appreciate the weather, the sea and the mountains close by and all the little restaurants and bars, where you can enjoy your meal, coffee or drink to affordable prices. 

location

MakAzura Sunset is located on the greener and more quiet north side of Makarska. The house is uphill, around 800 m to the Makarska riviera and it's beaches. Walking time to the nearest beach (Cubana Beach) is around 12 min. 

The distance to the town center of Makarska is around 2,4 km and can be done easily by car (outside of the rush hour) or by foot along the beautiful beach front pedestrian zone. 

A Konzum-supermarket is just around the corner in 4 min walking distance. ​

We are experienced, highly rated hosts who go the extra mile to ensure our guests have a great experience.

Our guests will find a separate apartment on the top floor of the house with all amenities. There are two reserved parking lots for you: one in the garage and one behind the house. Unfortunately, we will not be able to welcome you personally. We have a very nice Croatian lady who takes care of our house when we are not there and can intervene quickly if necessary.

Un sans faute pour l'appartement neuf et son aménagement tout confort et haut de gamme, sa situation entre mer et montagne, sa vue mer à 180 degrés (le coucher de soleil !) et son emplacement. Le choix entre des plages animées avec restaurants et bars ou multitude de petites criques tranquilles aux eaux turquoises. Des promenades pittoresques. Jetski, tyrolienne et plein d'autres activités. Le biokovo (à ne manquer sous aucun prétexte), ses randonnées, ses vues à couper le souffle et sa plate-forme transparente. Excursion à Split sur la journée. Entre autres. De quoi ravir petits et grands pour un séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons ! Merci Christophe et Katrin.

Wir durften diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung von Freunden als erste Gäste nutzen und verbrachten einen traumhaften Urlaub in Makarska. Im Apartment fehlt es an nichts, die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, die Küche mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man brauchst und die beiden Terrassen mit dem unglaublichen Blick sind ein Highlight für sich. Dadurch gibt es selbst zu sechst viele Rückzugmöglichkeiten. Da fällt es manchmal schwer, das Outdoor-Sofa zu verlassen, um sich ins Makarska-Leben zu stürzen. Trotz einiger heißer Tage hier konnten wir mit Deckenventilator und ggf. Klimaanlage angenehme Temperaturen in der Ferienwohnung halten.
Die Wohnung liegt an der westlichen Seite von Makarska und der Fußweg zum Cubano Beach ist ca. 12 Minuten. Wir haben unser Auto fast den ganzen Urlaub in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen und die Stadt zu Fuß erkundet. Und Makarska ist eine so vielseitige Stadt mit den langen Stränden, durchsichtigem Wasser, vielen Spaziermöglichkeiten und dem Gebirge an der Hintertür. Wir freuen uns schon auf dem nächsten Urlaub.

Free cancellation (prepayments refunded):
-  within 24 hours following booking, and
-  until 3 months before the start of the rental period. 

In case of a cancellation between the 90th and the 30th day before planned check-in date, the prepayment will be withheld. 
In case of a cancellation between the 30th and the 15th day before planned check-in date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. 

Covid-19 guarantee: If as a result of new regulation, the entry in Croatia is forbidden or flights are interrupted, we commit to pay back all payments.
