"Cyprus and the region around Paphos provide the best conditions: In summer time you can enjoy the most beautiful beaches and the perfectly clear and warm sea water (22-25 degrees in November!) or the pool. The Tróodos-mountain range offers with its 1.800 m height even in August mild temperatures allowing you to enjoy extensive walks and visits. Outside the high season, Cyprus and especially the Peyia region is an outdoor destination with lots of activities to do. " Christophe, your host.

​The beautiful holiday villa is situated in Peyia, a little town 15 km outside of Paphos, very close to three beautiful beaches. The house is modern and very comfortably furnished. The free standing villa stands in a quiet area  and the private pool guarantees endless fun for the whole family. The pool has walk in steps for an easy access. In the attractive garden and under the covered veranda you will find a shady space to relax at any time. From December until March it is the season to enjoy our own tasty oranges and pink grapefruits. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms offer enough space and privacy for six adults (further 1-2 children could sleep on the pull-out sofa in the living room - please contact us about that). The Villa has its own off road parking with motion lighting for ease of visibility after dusk. Please note that the pool isn't fenced and is therefore accessible from all sides: For this reason should small children never be let unsupervised. 

About us

We are Katrin and Christophe, a German-French couple. We have our roots in Dresden, Germany and the Alsace-Region in France. 

In 2015 we fulfilled a dream and bought this beautiful and cosy villa, Villa Alicia, named after the former owner and author Alicia Bailey. 
We love to spend our vacation there together with our families and friends and would like you to feel comfortable and at home while visiting. Our wish and aim is to enable you a carefree and relaxed vacation in beautiful Cyprus.

location

Peyia is a lovely and quiet resort on the hillside, very close to the most beautiful beaches of Cyprus. Our house is located in the lower part of Peyia on a very quiet road, just a few meters above sea level. Thus, it can be reached on a bike with only little effort. 
The beach can be reached on foot (25min) or easily by car (5min); for purchases or excursion trips however, the car is recommended. Ample free parking is available near the beaches. Outside the warm high season, Peyia is ideal for cycling, climbing and walking or as a starting point for many excursions.

We are experienced, highly rated hosts who go the extra mile to ensure our guests have a great experience.

Our guests will find a free standing villa whole for themselves. There is a parking space directly in front of the entrance for you and also in the street. 
Unfortunately, we will not be able to welcome you personally. One or two days after your arrival, Jan and Colin Vertigan will introduce themselves. The very nice british couple takes care of our house when we are not there and can intervene quickly if necessary.

We have stayed at Christophe’s place Villa Alicia for 1 week. From the initial communication with Christophe, i understood that that he is a great guy and the house would be perfect in every aspect. I was not wrong. The house was at a nice location, crystal clean and packed with all amenities that anyone would ever need while staying at the villa! We really had a great time and i would definitely visit Christophe’s place in the future! Thank you so much!

Perfekter Urlaub!
Gleich nach der Buchung haben die Eigentümer Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und Fragen aller Art beantwortet. Kurz vor der Abreise haben wir dann Informationen bekommen, bei denen wirklich alle Aspekte berücksichtigt wurden. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass die Villa Alicia unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen hat. Die Fotos sind überhaupt nicht geschönt, das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet von den zahlreichen Handtüchern für Pool, Strand und zum Duschen über Adapter bis hin zur Küchenausstattung. Auch während des Urlaubs wurden wir „liebevoll betreut“ und mit Restauranttipps etc. versorgt. Diese Ferienhauserfahrung wird wohl so schnell nicht, wenn überhaupt, übertroffen werden.

Free cancellation (prepayments refunded):
-  within 24 hours following booking, and
-  until 3 months before the start of the rental period. 

In case of a cancellation between the 90th and the 30th day before planned check-in date, the prepayment will be withheld. 
In case of a cancellation between the 30th and the 15th day before planned check-in date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. 

Covid-19 guarantee: If as a result of new regulation, the entry in Cyprus is forbidden or flights are interrupted, we commit to pay back all payments.
